  23. havent sent them any money. You are wrong. AND while I wait....
  24. how long? TOO LONG. UNDERSTAND? IT'S INEXCUSEABLE. Paying customers
  25. SHOULD get the product IMMEDIATLY. There is simply no excuse in making
  26. paying customers like me wait. None. ZERO. NADA. I've got every VR game
  27. they've made. Spear, Wolf, and Doom. ALL registered WITH shots and a
  28. visa. What do I get for my patronage? NOTHING. ZIP. While all the hakers
  29. in the world happily playing pirate copies? That SUCKS! They allways
  30. distribute through some oddball outfit. THAT tends to make things take
  31. longer. (I think) Why don't they have their own BBS? I don't mean that
  32. "Software Creations" silly ass outfit which is another rip off. It's
  33. long distance AND they want you to pay to log on. Horseshit! They SHOULD
  34. have a BBS. AND give people previous notice so they can send in their
  35. money AHEAD of time. Convience SHOULD be the key. Untill they do that,
  36. I've got NO simpathy for them, especially those driving testarosas.
  37. On the other hand, if they DID improve the customer service, THEN and
  38. only THEN would I even simpathise with their plight. And that wouldn't
  39. do them any good. You DO know that everytime you pop in a tape into your
  40. VCR and record your favorite show you're violating the law, right?
  41. Technically, the law is bullshit. (55mph) AND they GOT my money. WHERE'S
  42. my product? I have to rely on the POST OFFICE for fuck sake!!!! It might
  43. NEVER get here.
