  32. It's not a "touchy" issue unless it has involved nasty court battles.  
  33. Creating any product using the name "TORO" or anything close is a 
  34. "touchy" area; Toro has been known to file objections with the trademark 
  35. office over other filings and to sue in court.  Nobody who knows marks 
  36. will touch anything using "Toro" without a large war chest, since Toro 
  37. will fight.
