  30. This is not true.  Phone harrasement and fraud is a crime.  It can be 
  31. proven and there are records of phone calls that could be traced to a 
  32. list of suspects.  ETC.  This, however, has nothing to do with the 
  33. internet.

  35. Just so you know, cyber-law is just starting to get defined.  I would be 
  36. real careful about what you think can and can't be done.  The worst part 
  37. of a new unknown frontier is that things can happen to you which there is 
  38. no protection from or understanding from government.  Basically, unless 
  39. a law says they CAN'T do it, I would assume they will if given the 
  40. chance or the right opportunity.
