  39.     To play the devil's advocate, I'm just going to say to this, "Probably
  40. many people already have paid the $45 plus $4 s/h....it's just not AVAILABLE
  41. from the people whom they've ALREADY PAID!"  Can you not understand?!  There
  42. is no doubt that the game is worth the money (and probably more, from how 
  43. people are describing it), but if they have already paid and have the
  44. opportunity to get it now, why not get it and then when it comes in the mail,
  45. maybe reinstall or whatever...
