Then why do you have it? If it is not legal to have a copy, why are you
playting it (which implies that you have commited a crime) and why are you
admitting it in public(which implies you are an idiot)?

Pure 100% grade-A bullshit! Do you honestly think that even half of the
poeople who are playing their pirated copies of DOOM ][ are going to actually
PAY for it? Oh sure, they may claim they are (for apearances sake) but I
doubt they ever will. Why should they? They have a copy. What good will it
do them? Buying it will not erase the crime they have committed. Considering
that very few people bother to register shareware, why should soemone pay for
something they already got for free?

"... forces pirates to steal..."? What kind of bullshit is this? Do the
software companies put a gun to the pirates heads (or the heads of thier loved
ones) and order them to steal it? No. Pirates steal because they are cheap
little creeps who want everything for free. I know people who steal software
and have more than enough money to pay for it, they just choose not to. Lack
of funds is no excuse for theft. If you need the money, save up your damned
milk-money or get a job.

Lot's of things are overpriced. That is not a reason to steal it. Besides,
it's all the software theft that has jacked the price so damned high in the
first place.

What a fucking loser.
