Whoever said it was their own copy? It could quite possibly be a
friends, neighbor's, or someone else. Besides, is ID going to come in
and bust someone because they posted on a huge newsgroup that spans the
world, especially when that person never even mentioned that they
actually pirated a copy of Doom 2? First off, there is no proof,
secondly, it is too much trouble. The least of ID's troubles would be to
get a search warrant, and a post in a newsgroup would most likely not
warrant one. You're post has no logical basis..
