  17. Whoever said it was their own copy?  It could quite possibly be a 
  18. friends, neighbor's, or someone else.  Besides, is ID going to come in 
  19. and bust someone because they posted on a huge newsgroup that spans the 
  20. world, especially when that person never even mentioned that they 
  21. actually pirated a copy of Doom 2?  First off, there is no proof, 
  22. secondly, it is too much trouble.  The least of ID's troubles would be to 
  23. get a search warrant, and a post in a newsgroup would most likely not 
  24. warrant one.  You're post has no logical basis..
