  27. Yes, but they shouldn't have to do it by hand.  The software should do it for 
  28. them.  Almost every other newsreading software out there (save a few weird 
  29. ones on some funky BBS systems) does it for you automatically.  As has been 
  30. stated in another newsgroup, AOL people should really complain to their 
  31. administrators and ask them (implor them) to get their idiot software up to 
  32. spec. I mean, they've managed to correct the "post it eight times in a row" 
  33. bug, why not something as simple as quoting correctly?
