: Let's get some things straight here.
: 1) If you have DOOM ][ right now you are a pirate.
: 2) There is no way to justify having a copy of this.
:
: I have been asked to point out that not everyone here owns
: a Ferrari and those who do still do not own houses. This means
Damn! I don't even have a friggin car!!! Does that mean I can pirate
a copy? House? Sheesh! I'm living in a dorm.... SEND ME SOME MONEY!!!
:)
: that we are NOT all totally rolling in money. Therefore you
: cannot say that having DOOM ][ will not hurt us. The profits from
: DOOM funded DOOM ][ and the profits we make from DOOM ][ will do to
: make QUAKE. If you like id games and you want to see more of them
: don't pirate.
Yeah! Come on people! Quit pirating DOOM II. Garage repair costs after
wrapping a Ferrari around a tree going 100 to impress your buds while
you're drunk as hell is EXPENSIVE!!!
: So to the scum who released the PIRATE Copy and the Knuckle Heads
: who downloaded it. You are only hurting yourselves and the
: people who wrote the game. And the rest of us who are looking to
: ID to bring us some really decent Entertainment are extremely pissed
: off at you people. Do us all a favor and delete it off of your hard-drive
: and report to the SPA the boards where you got it from. If anyone
: knows the 1-800 number for the SPA, Please POST!!!
Well, if it is out, and it's not supposed to be, I think I would be looking
at my in-house staff and distributors if I were ID. That's the only way
it could have gotten out if it ain't supposed to be out yet.
