Living proof that that, even more so than the unemployment issue in
America, we need to get these people lives!
I don't mean to be rude. I don't have a copy, don't want one, don't
really care about Doom at all. I'm waiting for Quake hoping it will be
more than Doom. In my opinion, with today's technology, there should be
games that are much more realistic than Doom. anyways, if I were
planning on getting Doom, I probably would grab it from someone before
buying it. I'm sure most wouldn't, or who knows, maybe they would, but
regardless, that's what I would do. Why order this game only to get it
home after spending $40 and having it suck, then find out it can't be
returned. I don't think so. If you buy a VCR and don't like it you can
return it. Why not software? If that was the case, I'd go out and buy
stuff and try it out that way. But I bought Terminator Rampage, and it
sucks. I took it back, with the receipt, and they told me I was
basically stuck with it. SoI sold it for $15 when I spent $40 on it. Is
this right? I don't think so. I'm not doing that again. I will pirate
any software that I'm interested in, and if I like it, I'll buy it. If
not, I'll delete it and be none the poorer for it. Why should I support
shitty software companies? Is that my job? I don't think so.
Jus' mine own opinion.
