  15. The only keys I use are the up and down arrows (with the shift key):

  17. Little finger on right shift (constantly)
  18.  Index finger on    up-arrow (move forward)
  19.         Thumb on  down-arrow (move backward)
  20.  
  21. For turning and all the other functions I use the mouse:
  22.  
  23.         left: shoot
  24.       middle: open doors (single click in Wolfenstein, double click in DOOM)
  25.        right: strafe
  26.  
  27.
