Wow. I read (Computer Shopper?) that the P6 will be twice as fast
as a 100MHz Pentium. Is this CRAY II performance? I also read
(to my disappointment) that the PPC 620 will blow it out of
the water. The P7, though, should be 30 times faster than
the Pentium 100.
Anyone care for Doom at 800 fps? Maybe Quake is necessary to
keep those new monsters busy while you play. ;-)
