SS» Call me an ignorant fool but how do you extract a binary posting or from
SS» a piece of email? I'm puzzled? Please respond asap if you can, thx:)
Okay you ignorant fool....
There are a couple of ways that I know of to place a "binary" file in
Email--using UUENCODE or a DEBUG script. To decode either of these you
need to piece the messages together into one big text file and then edit
out all of the headers and misc info so that you have a continuous file
containing the encoded information. Then using either UUDECODE or DOS
DEBUG (depending upon the encoding method) you can then turn the file
into its binary original.
