Well, if there are no angles, the level would be (at most) a pair of
lines. :) I know, everything is at right angles, but right angles do not
neccesarily make a game bad. It's gameplay. And, no, it's not a DOOM
engine, the earliest beyond-doom engine coming out will be either System
Shock by Origin(I'm not sure), or Dark Forces by Lucasarts(Star Wars).
Apogee's Duke Nukem 3D, Shadow Warrior, and Ruins will be out nest summer,
and will be Quake-Like. If you want, I can get you the 'Unofficial' Rise
of the Triad FAQ...
It's not like blake stone at all. It has WAY better graphics than Blake.
Better weapons, better engine, all IMHO.
