  12. One word of advice (from a college student but that really isn't relevent)

  14. Wax your back!  Everyone on the net in a position like yours (people 
  15. that make utilities for shareware, PD or freeware) have to take all kinds 
  16. of shit all the time from freeloading jerks on the net.  The easier it 
  17. becomes for you to tell them to "get bent" or simply ignore them the 
  18. fewer 30 hour days you'll have.  These people aren't likely customers anyhow.

  20. Also, a bonus piece of advice:  alot of the real jerks with .edu after 
  21. their accound are really twelve-year-olds with access to accounts that 
  22. they either steal, borrow or hack out.  Most college students I've met 
  23. (including myself) would never be stupid enough to make comments like the 
  24. ones you report having.
