  30. It has not been dropped.  However, the plan will not be implemented until 
  31. January, 1st of 1996.  Hope that in the mean time the government will
  32. decide to fund the network.

  35. : bandiwth at all I can play via modem at full speed as though I'm playing
  36. : locally (I wish the os/2 version of doom would come out soon I can't bear to
