  11. On infant2.sphs.indiana.edu in /pub/doom/incoming is MAV2C.ZIP,
  12. containing the final beta of a Deathmatch level.  It's the successor to
  13. MAVERICK - the only Deathmatch wad rated "+" for design ("a work of
  14. art") in the recent Ratings list.  What's new?  Playability!  This one
  15. is designed for lavish mayhem.  Good weapon placement, lots of turf to
  16. use to your advantage.  Should pile up with frags.  So check it out.
  17. Works best with 1.5 (with or without -altdeath) but will also work with
  18. 1.2 although you'll see a couple of quick HOM glitches if you have time
  19. to sightsee while getting your butt blown off! :-)

  25. download directories everywhere, and who kindly looked over an earlier
  26. version of MAV2 and gave me valuable suggestions.
