Honestly, probably not. I am not a very good DOOM player, and was posting
from my impression of what was happening, not from experience.
It seemed from the descriptions that each player ALWAYS came in at the same
point. Since, when killed, a player comes in at either enterance at random,
nothing that I have said applies.
