  12.       I recently downloaded the 1.4 and the 1.5 patch neither of which I
  13. could get to work.  I am upgrading from the registered 1.2 version.
  14. Whenver I start up it goes through the entire bootup process the doom
  15. startup screen comes up but whenever I go to play a new game its gives the
  16. following message    W_GetNumForName: STTMINUS not found.  If I simply wait \
  17. for the demo to pop up it says Demo is from a different version.  If anyone
  18. can help me I would appreciate it.  I don't know if I need to reinstall the
  19. game or if I'm just stupid.  Thanks in advance.          ---Anand
