Try ftping to:
infant2.sphs.indiana.edu /pub/doom
ftp.uwp.edu /pub/games/id
You should find new episodes/levels, graphics, patches, editors, etc there.
"Nightmare" is a new difficulty level (i.e.: harder than Ultra-violent)
where monsters respawn a few seconds after death, fire faster, etc. You
need Doom 1.2 or higher to have access to Nightmare level. You can get this
from the above ftp sites.
