  20. Nope.  That's what 'beta' means.  They are letting a limited number of 
  21. people <namely everyone on the Internet ;> play the 1.5 version in return 
  22. for reporting any bugs they find.  Then id goes back, fixes the bugs, and 
  23. releases the new public version.  It was only supposed to take a few days 
  24. but some bugs in the sound code came up.....
