Well, Dave, maybe you could explain why you're so amazed: in the early
80s, Zilog tried to claim a trademark on the letter "Z", as in "Z-80"; I
believe the case even made it to court. Frankly, I think the Apple
lawsuit story is more plausible.
Variation on a theme (or, How the Legal System Has Changed): Could a
thousand weasels with typewriters eventually turn out the U.S.
Constitution? I don't think so.
