Trumpet works with both Windows for Workgroups 3.1 (SLIP and Ethernet) and
3.11 (SLIP only ... I'm using it right now.)
If you need TCP/IP over Ethernet in WFWG 3.11, Microsoft has the "final
beta" of their free VxD stack on ftp.microsoft.com. It's been very
stable for me, but is reported to have some drug interactions with Win32S and
NCSA Mosaic 2.x (the MS package has a patch to Win32S to help the
situation.)
