  32. Actually, Harrell, the problem is YOU. You are, at best, a loose cannon 
  33. on the deck, and at worst a sort of dim-witted (but amusing) annoyance. 
  34. All of the Internet providers I know of work their butts off, and have 
  35. invested relatively large dollars into their systems. Do you really 
  36. expect, under those circumstances, that they'll let you do whatever you 
  37. want? Why don't you try to rent a car, rip the doors off of it, and paint 
  38. it purple, and see what happens to you.

  40. So you've noticed that the Internet is sort of cliqueish? Well welcome to 
  41. the real world. You are an annoying person, plain and simple. On the 
  42. internet, as in the real world, annoying people are thrown out of places 
  43. with GREAT regularity. Don't get me wrong. I don't actually care about 
  44. your various Doom flames. Doesn't bother me in the slightest. In fact, I 
  45. read you posts with a certain amount of amusement, as they are so badly 
  46. written that they really look like something that just blew out of an 
  47. insane asylum. I suppose you think you are very clever. Think again!

  49. Look, I think I can understand at least part of your point. There are 
  50. some *really* obnoxious people on alt.games.doom. (There are also some 
  51. really cool people, which is why I read this group.) Why don't they get 
  52. bounced off systems? Mostly because they have something useful to say, 
  53. even if it is rude.
