  21.  *This version supports Pentium processors with MMX technology. Using a 
  22.   Pentium processor with MMX technology improves the speed and flow of gameplay.

  24.  *The "Change Control" menu has been expanded to include settings for the Microsoft SideWinder
  25.   and Steering Wheel peripherals.

  27.  *When using the Steering Wheel peripheral, you cannot play NetLink games against an opponent 
  28.  using the original version of Sega Rally PC.

  30.  *Both players in a two-player game can use Microsoft SideWinder game pads. 
  31.   Connect both SideWinder units while in "2-Player Battle Mode". (Select "Change Control" from
  32.  the "Setting" menu to configure the controls for both players.)

  45.   This game is not compatible with the Sega Saturn Control Pad, the Virtua Stick,
