  3. Hello and welcome to gamani production's Cel Assembler 1.2, the graphical 
  4. way to build animating GIF files.
  5.  
  6. NOTICE:
  7. Cel Assembler is a Shareware program. Included is a fully functional trial version 
  8. of Cel Assembler. It will, however, expire after 30 days from the first time it is 
  9. run. Look under the Help menu for information on registering this application.
  10.  
  11. System Requirements:
  12. - Windows 95
  13. - Some RAM, more is better
  14. - A display capable of at least 8-bit color. 16- or 24-bit color recommended
  15. - 500K of free hard drive space
  16.  
  17. To Install:
  18. 1) run setup.exe 
  19.
