WebWarrior Cascade License Agreement
This Agreement is made between Balthisar Software and the End User of WebWarrior Cascade v1.0b2.
Grant of Rights
This license grants you the non-exclusive right to use WebWarrior Cascade v1.0b2 on one computer with one user at a time, providing the fees for its use have been paid or waived, and the software is properly registered.
Fees
The fees for this beta product have been waived. Proper registration entails entering the following information exactly into the registration portion of the program (without quotation marks, case is important):

The fee-free granting of these license rights does not imply that such license does not end or is without limitation. As such, Balthisar Software retains the right to charge or waive fees in future releases of this product.
Usage
This license grants you the right to use WebWarrior Cascade v1.0b2, for your personal use, your clients, or your employer. You may make a single copy of the software for archival purposes. You may not sell, lease, or loan any copy of the software. Distribution of the software is permitted as long as the software remains in its original archive in its original condition.
This software may not be decompiled, reverse engineered, or otherwise disassembled.
Proprietary Rights
WebWarrior Cascade v1.0b2 is owned by Balthisar Software, and is protected by all copyright laws with all rights reserved. All intellectual and proprietary rights therein are and remain the property of Balthisar Software.
Term
This agreement is effective until it is terminated, or until July 31, 1998, whichever occurs sooner. This Agreement will terminate if End User fails to comply with any term or condition of this agreement. Upon termination, you agree to destroy all copies of WebWarrior Cascade v1.0b2.
Limitations on Warranties and Liability
Neither Balthisar Software nor any of its suppliers make any warranty or representation, either express or implied, with respect to the software described in this document, its quality, performance, merchantability, or fitness for any particular purpose. The software is sold "as is." The purchaser assumes the entire risk as to its quality and performance. In no event will Balthisar Software, or its suppliers be liable for direct, indirect, special, consequential, or incidental damages resulting from any defect in the software, even if they have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In particular, they shall have no liability for any programs or data used with Balthisar Software products, including the cost of recovering or reproducing these programs or data.
The warranty and remedies set forth above are exclusive and in lieu of all others, oral or written, express or implied. No Balthisar Software employee, dealer, or agent is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this warranty. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state.
Miscellaneous
This AGREEMENT is the entire agreement between BALTHISAR and End User concerning the software. This AGREEMENT may not and cannot be assigned or transferred to a use other than that stated above. This AGREEMENT can only be modified by a properly signed written agreement. This License shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Michigan of the United States.
