  30.      Other issues are charged at the rate of $14.99 for Zip 
  31.      products or $19.99 for Jaz products.  You can call 
  32.      1-888-4-IOMEGA, toll-free, to charge the support cost to 
  33.      your credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or 
  34.      Discover), or you can call 1-900-4-IOMEGA (for Zip), or 
  35.      1-900-988-4747 (for Jaz), to put the support cost on your 
  36.      phone bill.  Either way, the charge will be reversed if your 
  37.      issue is found by Iomega to be due to a product defect.
