  13.    Innovative Trek Technology Pte Ltd (I.T.T.) permits you use the Innovative Trek 
  14.    Technology Pte Ltd NovaStation MIDI Software Wavetable Synthesizer Version 2.10
  15.    (Software) conditioned on your acceptance of this agreement. Use of this Software
  16.    will be taken to mean acceptance of this agreement, so please read the following 
  17.    terms carefully before you use the Software.

  20.    1. Copyright and permission for use
  21.  
  22.    I.T.T. grants you as an individual the right to use the Software on 
  23.    only one computer at any single time.  The ownership of the disk on 
  24.    which the Software is recorded belongs to you, but the ownership and 
  25.    copyright of the NovaStation Program itself belongs to I.T.T. .
  26.    The S-YXG50 ownership and copyright belongs to Yamaha Corporation.

  29.    2. Prohibitions and restrictions

  31.    You may not reverse-compile, disassemble, reverse-engineer, or use any
  32.    other method to convert the Software into a human-readable form, nor 
  33.    may you allow another person to do so. The Software may not be 
  34.    duplicated, corrected, modified, lent, leased, sold, distributed, 
  35.    licensed or disposed of in any other way in part or in whole. The 
  36.    creation of derivative works based on the content of the Software is 
  37.    also prohibited. The Software may not be transmitted over a network to
  38.    another computer without written authorization from I.T.T. and Yamaha. 
  39.    Your rights regarding the Software may be transferred to a third party only
  40.    if this is done for non-commercial purposes and if the Software and 
  41.    all associated documentation including this agreement are included,
  42.    and if the third party accepts this agreement.

  45.    3. Limitations of Liability

  47.    The NovaStation Software was developed by and is copyrighted by, I.T.T. 
  48.    The Software is offered "AS IS" and I.T.T. makes no warranty as to its 
  49.    use or performance.
  50.    I.T.T. AND ITS SUPPLIERS DO NOT AND CANNOT WARRANT THE 
  51.    PERFORMANCE OR RESULTS YOU MAY OBTAIN BY USING THE SOFTWARE
  52.    OR DOCUMENTATION.   I.T.T. AND ITS SUPPLIERS MAKE NO 
  53.    WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO NONINFRINGEMENT OF 
  54.    THIRD PARTY RIGHTS, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR ANY 
  55.    PARTICULAR PURPOSE.   IN NO EVENT WILL I.T.T. OR ITS 
  56.    SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, 
  57.    INCIDENTAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY LOST PROFITS
