  4. END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR MICROSOFT SOFTWARE
  5.  
  6. IMPORTANT-READ CAREFULLY: This Microsoft End-User 
  7. License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement 
  8. between you (either an individual or a single entity)
  9.  and Microsoft Corporation for the Microsoft software 
  10. accompanying this EULA, which includes computer 
  11. software and may include associated media, printed 
  12. materials, and "online" or electronic documentation 
  13. ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT" or "SOFTWARE"). By exercising your 
  14. rights to make and use copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, 
  15. you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you 
  16. do not agree to the terms of this EULA, you may not use 
  17. the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

  19. SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE
  20. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and 
  21. international copyright treaties, as well as other 
  22. intellectual property laws and treaties. The SOFTWARE 
  23. PRODUCT is licensed, not sold.
  24.  
  25. 1. GRANT OF LICENSE. 
  26. This EULA grants you the following rights:
  27. *    Installation and Use. 
  28.     You may install and use an unlimited 
  29.     number of copies of the SOFTWARE 
  30.     PRODUCT.
  31. *    Reproduction and Distribution. 
  32.     You may reproduce and distribute an 
  33.     unlimited number of copies of the 
  34.     SOFTWARE PRODUCT;  provided that 
  35.     (i) each copy shall be a true and 
  36.     complete copy, including all 
  37.     copyright and trademark notices, (ii) 
  38.     each copy shall be accompanied by a 
  39.     copy of this EULA, and (iii) no copy 
  40.     shall be offered for resale.

  42. 2.    DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS. 
  43. *    Limitations on Reverse Engineering, 
  44.     Decompilation, and Disassembly. 
  45.     You may not reverse engineer, 
  46.     decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE 
  47.     PRODUCT, except and only to the extent 
  48.     that such activity is expressly 
  49.     permitted by applicable law 
  50.     notwithstanding this limitation.
  51. *    Separation of Components. 
  52.     The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed as a 
  53.     single product. Its component parts 
  54.     may not be separated for use on more 
  55.     than one computer.
  56. *    Software Transfer. 
  57.     You may permanently transfer all of 
  58.     your rights under this EULA, provided 
  59.     the recipient agrees to the terms of 
  60.     this EULA.
  61. *    Termination. 
  62.     Without prejudice to any other rights, 
  63.     Microsoft may terminate this EULA if 
  64.     you fail to comply with the terms and 
  65.     conditions of this EULA. In such event, 
  66.     you must destroy all copies of the 
  67.     SOFTWARE PRODUCT and all of its component 
  68.     parts.

  70. 3. COPYRIGHT. 
  71. All title and copyrights in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT 
  72. (including but not limited to any images, photographs, 
  73. animations, video, audio, music, text, and "applets" 
  74. incorporated into the SOFTWARE PRODUCT), the 
  75. accompanying printed materials, and any copies of the 
  76. SOFTWARE PRODUCT are owned by Microsoft or its 
  77. suppliers. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by 
  78. copyright laws and international treaty provisions. 
  79. Therefore, you must treat the SOFTWARE PRODUCT like any 
  80. other copyrighted material.

  82. 4. U.S. GOVERNMENT RESTRICTED RIGHTS. 
  83. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT and documentation are provided 
  84. with RESTRICTED RIGHTS. Use, duplication, or disclosure 
  85. by the Government is subject to restrictions as set 
  86. forth in subparagraph (c)(1)(ii) of the Rights in 
  87. Technical Data and Computer Software clause at DFARS 
  88. 252.227-7013 or subparagraphs (c)(1) and (2) of the 
  89. Commercial Computer Software-Restricted Rights at 48 
  90. CFR 52.227-19, as applicable. Manufacturer is Microsoft 
  91. Corporation/One Microsoft Way/Redmond, WA 98052-6399.

  93. LIMITED WARRANTY
  94.  
  95. NO WARRANTIES. 
  96. Microsoft expressly disclaims any warranty for the 
  97. SOFTWARE PRODUCT. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT and any related 
  98. documentation is provided "as is" without warranty of 
  99. any kind, either express or implied, including, 
  100. without limitation, the implied warranties or 
  101. merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or 
  102. noninfringement. The entire risk arising out of use or 
  103. performance of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT remains with you.
  104.  
  105. NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. 
  106. In no event shall Microsoft or its suppliers be liable 
  107. for any damages whatsoever (including, without 
  108. limitation, damages for loss of business profits, 
  109. business interruption, loss of business information, or 
  110. any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or 
  111. inability to use this Microsoft product, even if 
  112. Microsoft has been advised of the possibility of such 
  113. damages. Because some states/jurisdictions do not 
  114. allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for 
  115. consequential or incidental damages, the above 
  116. limitation may not apply to you.
  117.  
  118. MISCELLANEOUS
  119. If you acquired this product in the United States, 
  120. this EULA is governed by the laws of the State of 
  121. Washington.
  122.  
  123. If this product was acquired outside the United States, 
  124. then local laws may apply.
  125.
