  27. The latter is true. The new S3Trio64 needs another register to be set up 
  28. to function correctly. It is related to the Memory Clock, so with the 
  29. original 1.1 kernel every framebuffer access leads to a bus error.

  31. Please use the fix2- or, better, the console-kernel to fix this problem.
