- I recently attempted to install NetBSD and failed. When I rebooted a1200
- after I extracted the files, BSD complains "panic: init not found".
-
- I assume it is a problem that I didn't download all the base files
- properly, since the extract of the base files stop after ./sbin/fdb
- (which is after ./sbin/fsck), gzip exits saying unexpected compression
- type, or something similar. What I would like to know is at which file
- did the extraction stop(eg, base11.b* ?), before I have to download the
- entire archive again. Is there someway to find out? Can someone post
- the list of all files in the base distribution?
-
- Any help would be appreciated...
