  17. does anyone know why my linux 1.2.13pl7 (or older for that matter)
  18. always says pops up an error-message when booting right after:
  19. proc on /proc type proc (rw)
  20.  
  21. it seems that mount is trying to remount proc... is there a missing /dev
  22. node or what.. i tried removing proc from /etc/fstab.. that isn't
  23. working.. then there's a line in /etc/rc that mounts proc separately,
  24. but that also fails if i remove that line..

  26. has anyone got an idea of why this happens?
