  11. I just compiled a NetBSD 1.1 kernel by commenting out the items
  12. I didn't need from the GENERIC config file, running 'config',
  13. running 'make depend', and then running 'make netbsd'.  There
  14. were no errors.  But when I try to boot with the new kernel,
  15. it goes as far as saying '10 views configured' and then hangs
  16. with no error messages and with the drive light off.  Does
  17. anyone have an idea what might be wrong?  I didn't modify any
  18. code, just removed unneeded modules.
