  12. I would like to run a X11 GUI interface with at least 1024x768 resolution under
  13. either Linux or NetBSD.  My question is which would be better to spend money
  14. on: upgrading the memory, disk, and graphics card on my A3000 or to get a 
  15. pentium pc.  My estimate is that I will spend about half on upgrading the A3000.

  18.     Which platform has the better/more reliable releases?
  19.     How much does SCSI vs IDE make a difference on a pc running netbsd or linux?
