- Hello,
-
- I'm using NetBSD-1.1
- The c-compiler which is included is gcc-2.4.5...
- I can get the binaries of version 2.7.0...
- Should I upgrade? I've heard that I can't compile a working kernel with
- other(?) versions than 2.4.5.
- If this is true, then why not... can I expect other problems when I upgrade
- to a newer version of GCC?
-
- If I do upgrade, what else than, the binaries of gcc-2.7.0 on various
- ftp-sites, do I need to download?
-
- Thanks!
