  20. Try this idea:
  21.  
  22. Get the Netbsd 1.0 boot-10.fs and inst-10.fs files.  Use the tool
  23. rawrite to create the disks.
  24.  
  25. Boot using these.
  26. Stop the install script.
  27. mount the ADOS partition that has the inst-11.fs file on it to /mnt
  28.  
  29. execute:  dd if=/dev/rsd0b of=/mnt/[ados_path]/inst-11.fs
  30.

  32. eject the floppies, and reboot the system.

  34. you should be able to use loadbsd -b netbsd now.
  35.  
  36. Specify sd0* to find the swap partition.
  37.

  39. BTW : General practice is that the b partition is the swap partition under
  40. BSD/SunOS/HP-UX.  Some things I just wouldn't tempt fate on.

  42. Also, I'd confirm that whatever HD partition tool you used, set the 
  43. Max Transfer and Mask values to 0x0 for each partition.  (helped in 
  44. my case)
