- I have a problem with the 1.2 series of kernels and my new 1 gig Seagate
- IDE HDD.
-
- Bascially the new kernels cannot write to it. If I try mkfs.ext2, the
- program stops when trying to make inode number 4 or 5.
-
- My drive works with 0.9 kernels however. Does anyone know of a way to fix
- this please?
-
- Terry.
