  12. After I upgraded my Amiga to BSD Unix 1.1 I've had some problems with
  13. serial communication.

  15. I get a message like this frequently:

  17. Jan  5 03:17:21 hostname /netbsd: ser0: silo overflow

  19. I recompiled the kernel before and minimized it, increased the console
  20. width to 648 pixels, and increased the serial inbuffer to 16384 bytes.
  21. If I decrease the buffer length I get the message more often so it seems
  22. to occour every 16384th byte I receive.

  24. BTW: I have an Amiga 4000/040, 12Mb fast + 2Mb chip, Connor 1.2Gb HD
  25. and I'm usually run the serial communication on 38400 baud. It worked
  26. fine with the old 1.0 version and 1.1beta.

  29. Does anyone know what the problem is, and have anyone else noticed this
