- The fast answer is that Motif is a commercial product, and costs about
- $10,000 for a source license, and about $50 for each runtime license,
- and nobody's ported it to NetBSD yet. The binaries for Mosaic are
- available because someone built them on SunOS with a statically linked
- Motif library.

- The slow answer is that there is a Motif clone called lesstif, but
- it's still pretty much an alpha product, and core dumps frequently
- with complex programs like Mosaic. Off hand, I don't remember
- where it can be found, but it's in the comp.windows.x.motif FAQ.
