- Well I have three thought about it:
-
- - Java: If you use Java this should be no problem, because Java is
- independant from the underlying GUI system (don't ask me more, I
- haven't occupied myself with that too much, but there are web pages
- of JAVA out there, for Amiga: http://metro.turnpike.net/N/NiallT/hotjava.html
-
- - proDAD is developing a p-OS which is based on AmigaOS. I read about it
- in the german "Amiga Magazin" (from MagnaMedia), issue 5/96, p.135 (think
- p-OS-itive!). It mainly tells that graphical output of a program could
- be redirected on another Amiga Computer's Screen.
-
- - Long time ago I have discussed with some friends here locally about re-
- directing such called "NCON"-Windows over a TCP-Connection. I still have
- a picture of that though I don't know if anyone made something of it.
-
- Personally I would like that a future AMiga OS has same capabilities like
- p-OS. Java of course it not that bad, but you never can use all features of
- a single GUI system because you must use the avarage of all existing GUIs.
