  23. The WHEEL_Hue and WHEEL_Saturation, as well as WHEEL_Red, WHEEL_Green
  24. and WHEEL_Blue tags are documented as applicability (ISGNU). This
  25. means that OM_NOTIFY messages (as received with OM_UPDATE by a
  26. connected object, or IDCMP_IDCMPUPDATE by the window) contain the new
  27. values of these attributes wheneever they change by user input.
