- The WHEEL_Hue and WHEEL_Saturation, as well as WHEEL_Red, WHEEL_Green
- and WHEEL_Blue tags are documented as applicability (ISGNU). This
- means that OM_NOTIFY messages (as received with OM_UPDATE by a
- connected object, or IDCMP_IDCMPUPDATE by the window) contain the new
