- That's only the demo version; the production version has a command-line
- frontend as well. One thing you can't do yet is let the compiler control
- a third-party editor.
-
- I'm planning to write a review of StormC next week or so. But note that
- the manual still needs to be translated to English so I'm sure you can
- wait a few more days for the review!

- It does templates and exceptions; it's AT&T 3.0 so I'll have to get or write
- some test material (most of my code is in DWP ANSI). Haven't tested all of
- this but I'll try.
-
- The compiler is very ANSI-aware; it caught some C-isms in my code that gcc
- won't notice even when you use "-ansi -pedantic".
-
- I'll keep your other questions around so I have something to work on.

- This I can tell you right now: It's a beauty. It keeps track of all your
- variables (even structs). It shows the initialisations of static vars as
- instructions. It lets you stop a running program. It lets you kill a
- running program and it does the resource tracking stuff for you.

-
- Not all of that, no. As an editor it has some rough edges, but it does
- syntax highlighing and auto-indentation.

-
- I haven't much experience with those environments myself, except Borland :(
- so I'll have to focus on the compiler part.
