- Michael, the reason I jumped on that was because I do have one
- machine with a seriel mouse on it, my TRS-80 Color Computer! I won't
- go into the boring details other than to say its a NitrOS-9 system,
- and has a 3 button DeXXa mouse. Within the limits of that systems
- graphic definition (320 by 200) on a screen that uses the mouse, its
- quick, accurate, and instant. Effectively no different than my Miggy
- mouse in speed or feel.
-
- At the station, we have several PC's, all running some sort of a dos
- mouse driver, or winslow95. I have never been able to move and click
- when I thought it was there. The lag requires I visually check the
- pointer for where its at and if its stationary before I click. The
- difference is *feel-able*. I guess maybe if your *only* running the
- pc system. you could get used to it. I saw a fellow on TLC the other
- night using a cad proggy on what I assumed was a PC. His hand was
- almost a blur as he redrew an automobile part! But I was left
- wondering if it was a manufacturable part when he got done too.

- Cheers
