  12. I have recently bought a genlock and finaly got it working.

  14. The problem is that even though it is better than the earlier one I had for
  15. screen re-positioning, there is still a little.

  17. Ok, this can be worked around to a point; but the real "problem" is that when I
  18. use my computer without the genlock (it has pass through so I can get to DBLPAL,
  19. etc) even on PAL my screen size is a bit bigger than when I am using the genlock.

  21. Let me clarify that - I just though how that may be confusing to someone else:

  23. When I hooked up the genlock, I spent some good time setting up the composite
  24. piccie so it is as big as it can go (so there are not any borders around the edge
  25. where the computer doesn't reach; there is a slight one at the top, if you can
  26. help me with that - thanks.) but this size is SMALLER than my "usual" WB size.

  28. So when I am not using the genlock, I have a small WB.  :-(

  30. (BTW, it is a sirius Genlock and I am using an A4000/030 with WB3.0)

  32. How can I get around this problem?

  34. I have gone to the extent of saving the screen and overscan prefs for each, but
  35. how to I invoke then for different "modes"  (eg genlock and non genlock) 
  36. modes of
  37. operation?

  39. A problem I have brought upon myself also is that I have HEAPS of little
  40. WBstartup programs and toolmanager, so WB can not re-open.
