  17. Faster network connections are fine, and a Good Thing to implement.
  18. However, unless net.bandwidth (especially for overseas connections)
  19. increases dramatically, AT *really* needs to establish an ftp site
  20. in North America.  I'm sure there's plenty of people who would also
  21. appreciate a site in Austrailia/New Zeland as well.

  23. Besides the issue of bandwidth, there's also the issue of demand.
  24. If you've ever tried to access ftp.wustl.edu during peak access
  25. hours, you know what a pain it is to get into a high-demand site.
  26. If AT only allows the CD ROM to be mounted at one site on the net,
  27. it's going to be total luck to even establish a connection to
  28. the machine.
