- Faster network connections are fine, and a Good Thing to implement.

- increases dramatically, AT *really* needs to establish an ftp site

- Besides the issue of bandwidth, there's also the issue of demand.
- If you've ever tried to access ftp.wustl.edu during peak access
- hours, you know what a pain it is to get into a high-demand site.
- If AT only allows the CD ROM to be mounted at one site on the net,
- it's going to be total luck to even establish a connection to
- the machine.
