  22. No they didn`t. The PC has *far* more piracy than the Amiga ever did. 
  23. And the PS-X has plenty to. A machine has to survive piracy. The Amiga 
  24. did for ages (despite companies moaning about it, sales were great) but 
  25. when ECS stuff was released that was the beginning of the end. OCS 
  26. should have had a major upgrade, not to ECS-> AGA. ECS should never have 
  27. existed purely because when that came around it should have been a much 
  28. much better system (perhaps a few months later). And then soon after AGA 
  29. came out we should have been seeing a new gfx set again. New gfx set 
  30. every 3 years(ish). But C= let it all go stale and made some horrendous 
  31. decisions at the very top level.
