- IFF you use newicons (Referring to special format, not images) with the
- newicons patch you will see an improvement. You can then change your
- workbench palette to whatever and the colors of the icons will not change.
- That is, so long as you have plenty of colors in the screenmode. The main
- thing about newicons is that the icon palette is stored with the icons, that
- means that the patch can take advantage of dynamic pen allocation and choose
- the best matching colors instead of relying on positions in the colormap.
