  15. I am uploading the following text files to this area so that the information
  16. contained within can be put to good use. If you are a programmer who finds this
  17. information useful and you wish to create a program based on the concepts
  18. discussed, PLEASE give me credit within your software program. I woul certainly
  19. enjoy receiving a copy of any program you create using these concepts/ideas.

  21. I did NOT include UUencoded files of the image(s) becuase I did NOT want to
  22. upset anyone in this group by uploading large binary files. If you would like
  23. to recieve the ALREADY CONVERTED froggie.dctv image discussed in Chapter 1,
  24. e-mail me and I'll send you the file -or- call the local BBS I use mos often..
  25. "ICON" (702) 646-3631 and download the DCTVpost.lha archive. (once logged on,
  26. enter "F", then "FI" at the files prompt to enter the search menu). I am not
  27. able to upload the images to an FTP site at the moment, if you can obtain the
  28. images (from me or the BBS) and uplaod them to an FTP site. it may make it
  29. easier for everyone to get to them.

  38. I am not a programmer. I'm an "idea" man ;) In other words, most of the time I
  39. don't know what the heck I'm talking about :) BUT, this time I think I have
  40. discovered something of interest (at least to DCTV owners). I discovered the
  41. methods discussed within this text via unorthodox methods (to say th least). I
  42. am offering them as "food for thought" and "speculation".. hoping that a clever
  43. programmer can indeed put these ideas to use, correcting my mistakes and adding
  44. his/her own ideas along the way. I will update this POST if any software
  45. development occurs, or any new information concerning DCV is offered.

  47. If you do embark on a software project based on these ideas.. be sure to e-mail
  48. me and I will add the information to these documents.
