  14. Some people have suggested using the sms.netcs.net address for sending a 
  15. message, but it's never that simple. I have been informed that the 
  16. telephone company i use do not have a "roaming" aggrement with the german 
  17. D2-net, which means that messages to "sms.netcs.net" end in a black hole...
