- hi shareware authors!
-
- I am short before finishing off a program which should be shareware.
- Now I want to implement a keyfile mechanism.
-
- I know there are many possibilities, as there are:
- - loading the key with OpenLibrary() and use its function pool
- - loading it with OpenDevice (?)
- - loading it with Open() ;)
- - Leave out the disabled-features in the mainprogram, that is, no keyfile
-
- and maybe some more.
-
- I think it would be good to put some piece of code into a keyfile which
- is required to run the program. So there would be a shareware-keyfile
- to include in the demoversion.
-
- Are there some other hints or tips about making keyfiles?
- Is there a FAQ or such?
-
-
- Thanks,
- Sven
